MESSAGE FROM MAYOR KLING

As part of the Nampa Chamber of Commerce's October luncheon, Nampa's State of the City will be held Wed., October 19, 2022 at the Nampa Civic Center. The event is already sold out but we are working to find additional seating. Please know you can also watch the live-streamed event on the City of Nampa's YouTube page.

We would like to thank the many sponsors who have stepped forward to support the event, which will also benefit the Nampa Mayor's Teen Council.

CITY OF NAMPA UPDATES

LEARN MORE

Important Information for our Utility Customers

The City of Nampa will officially switch to a new utility billing website for our customers on November 21, 2022. The existing utility payment system used is being phased out and an update is needed. The new electronic billing and payment portal costs less, provides additional options for customers and is more user-friendly.

Unfortunately, we are unable to copy customer debit/credit card information to the new system. Customers who currently have auto-payment set up on the utility billing website using a debit or credit card must enter payment information into the new customer website before November 21, 2022 to avoid late payments or future shut-offs.

In order for this to be a smooth transition for those who pay online, customers are asked to set up their new account before November 21 at https://nampa.billingdoc.net.

NAMPA MAYOR'S TEEN COUNCIL
