Commercial Facade Improvement Grant Program:

Applications for 2023 program funding are now being accepted. The deadline for submissions is Thursday, May 4, 2023. To learn more and apply click here: Grant Application

The Cruising Easter Bunny is back.

On Saturday, April 1 the Cruising Easter Bunny is will be collecting food for one of the BIA's Community partners, St. Margaret's Anglican Church. Porch pick-up will be available from 10am to 3pm.


The pick up area is North to Birmingham St., South to Lake Ontario, East to Dwight Ave and West to Kipling. Residents outside these boundaries are also encouraged to make a donation to the church located at 156 Sixth St. prior to 3pm.

Lakeshore Village Grilled Cheese Challenge 2023


Slated for Saturday, June 10th from 11am to 10pm. We are expecting 40,000 visitors to the BIA that day.

There are many ways for BIA members to get involved for free or at member rates! You can also explore sponsorship opportunities. All BIA members from Dwight Ave, to Twelfth St have a sidewalk sale permit for the weekend.

Toronto Association of Business Improvement Areas - Canada Emergency Benefit Account (CEBA) Survey


From TABIA:

Many in our collective memberships continue to face challenges, one such challenge is the repayment date (December 31, 2023) of the CEBA program that many participated in during the grips of COVID.

This survey will assist TABIA in building a narrative around the repayment of that program as we continue to advocate and lobby on behalf of local small business.

Digital Mainstreet - $2500 + $2400 Grants


Digital Mainstreet is offering 4 programs to help your business adopt new digital tools. Applications are also open for two grant programs, the $2500 Digital Transformation grant and the $2400 Canada Digital Adoption Program.
