1) Our host hotel is the Hilton Hotel Downtown - 104 Market Street, Shreveport 71101

2)  Hospitality Suite is on 12th Floor of the Hilton - Rm 203
It is now open until MIDNIGHT! It will reopen TOMORROW from 10:00 PM - 12:00 AM

3) A special thanks to Caddo Parish School Board, Dr. Rodney Ellis and Ms. Jean Ware for securing bus transportation for us during LS17.

3) LS17 kicks off tomorrow at 12:00 PM with our Welcome Luncheon 
in the Jesse Stone Lecture Hall on SUSLA's main campus: 3050 Martin Luther King Drive
Onsite Registration will open at 10:00 AM on SUSLA campus

4) In support of our dedication to the community, please bring a canned good/non-perishable food donation for the Food Bank of Northwest Louisiana

5)  The temps in Shreveport will be mid-high 90s (40% chance of rain Saturday evening).

*        Friday (July 7th) from 10 am - Noon
 - Pickup at Hilton Downtown Convention Center Hotel and drop off at SUSLA MLK Main Campus  (3 pickups, if necessary 10:15 am, 11 am and 11:45 am)
 
*        Friday (July 7th) from 5:15 pm - 7:15

-Pickup from SUSLA MLK Campus and take to Downtown Airport Campus briefly then on for drop off at Downtown Metro Campus on Texas Avenue)    

*        Saturday (July 8th) from 7 am - 8:30 (2 pickups from Hilton with drop off at SUSLA Main Campus; 7:15 am and 8 am)  
 
*        Saturday (July 8th) from 3:30 - 5:30 (3 drop offs from SUSLA Main Campus to Hilton; 3:45 pm, 4:30 pm and 5:15 pm)
