EDUCATION SESSION #692
Alternative Investment Opportunities: 2017
In 2017, we enter a new era for investing. Political changes are reverberating in global markets, creating new challenges for asset allocation and manager selection. In recent years, passive equity and fixed income strategies outperformed many alternative investments, ranging from hedge funds to private equity. At the same time, political uncertainty and central bank decisions play an increasing role in global economic growth and market volatility.
Our panel of long-time women investors in major alternative strategies will guide us in this challenging market and make the case for the promising opportunities they see in their respective areas.
