Welcome Home Friends and Supporters:

A recent client from Ukraine sent us this note after her visit to Welcome Home:

I want to thank your organization for the help and how quickly you responded to our request. Thank you for the household items that are really needed for our family. You have huge kind hearts. Let all the good things that you do will return to you in a 100-fold amount!!!

Every day our volunteers work to collect home goods, sort items ensuring they meet our quality standards, shelve donations, prepare packages for pickup appointments, meet clients, and so much more. With your help we can ensure that our doors are open and our shelves are stocked so we can continue to serve hundreds of people in our community each month.

Donations to our Thanksgiving Fundraiser are still welcome. Donor advised fund and check donations should be sent to: Welcome Home, Inc., P.O. Box 590351, Newton Center, MA 02459. Online donations may be made here. Tax ID number: 32-0609377. A sincere thank you for your consideration.

Have holiday items you're ready to part with? Many of our clients appreciate decorations and items for gift-giving at this time of year. Schedule a drop-off appointment below if you have items you'd like to donate. Don't have any items to donate but want to contribute? Feel free to order items from our wish list below.

HOST A DONATION DRIVE

for items that are clean and in good condition

One of our biggest challenges is keeping our shelves full of the most basic essential items every household needs, like bedding, towels, tableware and cookware.

A great source of donations comes from Donation Drives. If you, your family, your school, your neighborhood, your business or your place of worship would like to coordinate a Donation Drive, please email us.

TRASH TO TREASURE

Do you know a business that throws away

returns, clearance or discontinued home goods?

Why not find unwanted items a new home? Email us to make arrangements to donate these items to Welcome Home. We will gladly accept miscellaneous silverware, dishes, top sheets, bottom sheets, pillow cases, towels, glasses and more. (Please, no stained, torn, chipped or broken items.) We take these items and create a set for distribution.
