You will be Voting on a revised set of Bylaws for Delta View Water Association to better serve the needs of our members. Currently our Board consists of 6 members. Due to the increase in membership and expanded geographical area we are covering the board is proposing to increase the size to 7 board seats. The attorney has reviewed the bylaw changes and the Alternate seats were not allowed. Here is the new redline version.
Board Seat Elections
We have 2 current board seats that are up for re-election. If the new bylaws are passed, we will have 1 additional Board seat, that will need to be filled.
