To All Our Friends In The Bliss Family...
We're thrilled to announce that we have agreed to terms with a buyer for Bliss and are confident things will move along smoothly from here.
We have faith we're leaving the shop in good hands with capable new owners - Matt and Hilary - who will continue to evolve and progress Bliss while maintaining the essential character and experience.
Although we're still finalizing details, it appears Saturday, Feb. 11, will be the last night
under our ownership. Between now and then, we hope to see as many of you as possible. You can bet we're planning to have a lot of fun on our way out!
It has truly been an honor and pleasure to guide Bliss through the last couple of years and we truly appreciate all of our customers' loyalty. The people are what makes Bliss special and we've grown to appreciate that more each day we've been here. As we said when we announced the sale, this wasn't an easy decision, but it's the right one at this time.
Below is a note from the new owners. You will likely start to see them around a bit over the next couple of weeks and we hope you give them the same warm Wauconda welcome you gave us.

Hilary and I are pleased to become a part of the Wauconda community. We relocated here from Sonoma County about 8 months ago and have fallen in love with the downtown area along with with the inviting community.
We are excited to take the helm at Bliss. Our intentions are to maintain the business while offering new and hard-to-find wines, microbrews on tap, and expanded benefits for our wine club members.
We are looking forward to bringing a creative brunch back to the menu - offering our signature Bloody Mary!!!
Sonoma County has had a big impact in our lives, not only is it where we met, it taught us that wine is more than just a drink. Wine is an experience meant to be shared and we hope to share and create new memories along with all our customers. What you've loved about Bliss will continue with even more events and offerings...
