Key Utility Fund projects include expanding the Sanford Water Filtration facility and conveyance lines, with construction starting this year. A new elevated water storage tank design will be completed this fall, and expansions at Terrible Creek and Harnett Wastewater Treatment plants are being finalized to secure future wastewater capacity.
