Join author Kelly Brakenhoff and ASL performer Liz Tannebaum for an entertaining hour of storytelling, learning, and fun! Dive into the world of Duke the Deaf Dog through stories that bring the everyday experiences of the Deaf community to life.

• Engaging Readings: Immerse yourself in two delightful Duke the Deaf Dog tales, presented in both ASL and spoken English/Spanish.
• Meet the Stars: Get to know the author and ASL storyteller Liz as theygo behind the scenes into the creative process.
• Interactive Fun: Join in with simple ASL lessons tied to the tales and storytelling tips for parents!
• Q&A Session.

This story hour is perfect for parents, educators, and Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing children looking to explore the connections between Deaf culture and the universal joy of storytelling.
