Please be sure that your bike tires are pumped to the correct psi or bring a pump to the start and we'll be glad to help. Always have extra tubes with you and CO2 cartridges or a small pump. Helmets are required. Bring hydration, nutrition and some $$ if we stop to get a snack. Don't worry if you do not know how to change a flat; should that happen one of us will gladly do it for you. Please RSVP for all rides so we know how many ride leaders we need to have with us. No one will be left behind -- ever!!
