Sterling Ranch wants to provide events that represent the variety of lifestyles in the community. Ranch Life is here to connect people with their neighbors and the community they call home.

June 7 | 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm | Sterling Center

Join us for our June First Friday Scavenger Hunt! This scavenger hunt will take you around the community in a fun way. The top 3 winners win a prize. Must be present to register and complete your hunt by 7:30 pm. We will have an adult version and kid-friendly version available.

June 8 | 9:00 am - 11:00 am | Sterling Center

Each year, Sterling Ranch adopts a portion of Titan Road as part of the county's Adopt-A-Road program. We are looking for volunteers to help us clean up our portion. Join us to be a part of a better, cleaner Sterling Ranch! Donuts and coffee will be available.



Safety vests and trash bags will be provided. Please wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. We will have non-vinyl gloves available. 

If you are interested in helping clean the community but want to stay off Titan Road, we will have areas in the community we can clean up as well. 

June 11 | 9:00 am - 10:00 am | Overlook Clubhouse

We are excited to offer Sensory Swim again this year. This once-a-week, through the end of the pool season, is a special swimming session in which we modify the environment to create a calmer atmosphere in the pool, promoting a more sensory-friendly environment for those with diverse abilities. The music will be turned off, and whistles will be held for emergency use only while communicating with the residents. 

This session will be limited to 50 residents at the pool to help provide the best environment we can. 

June 11 | 9:00 am | Roxborough State Park

Do you love seeing the wildflowers in Colorado? Join other Sterling Ranch residents at Roxborough State Park for a beautiful guided hike to see wildflowers on June 4 at 9 am. You will meet at the visit center patio.

June Topic: Picasso

Born in Spain in 1881, Pablo Picasso would live a life that would redefine the structure and concept of visual art. Over the course of his 91 years, his works as a painter and sculptor would be associated with various movements in 20th Century modern art, most notably Cubism. Join Active Minds as we explore the life and revolutionary works of Picasso.

June 13 | 7:00 pm | Sterling Center

TV Game Show Night is back for another adult-only night at Sterling Ranch! Join host Rion Evans for all the fun playing games like Family Feud, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, and Press Your Luck! This event is free and geared towards an 18+ crowd.

June 14 | 6:00 pm | Overlook Clubhouse

Calling all dads! Join us for a fun night of Whiskey Tasting with a whiskey expert to celebrate Father's Day! The tasting will include five tastings and an Old Fashioned cocktail. Appetizers will be provided. 

June 15 | 6:00 pm | Providence Park

Our first Outdoor Concert is on June 15! Join us for live music (70's tribute band), food trucks, and more at Providence Park from 6 pm - 8 pm.

June 22 | 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Join your neighbors for the annual community-wide garage sale in Sterling Ranch! Register your address to be listed on the publicly distributed garage sale map. All registrations must be in by June 15 at 12:00 pm in order to be listed on the map. 

What you need to know:

• The garage sale will be publicly advertised to be hosted on Saturday, June 22, from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm. You do not need to host your garage sale for the entire timeframe. 
• The owner is responsible for putting away or scheduling a donation for all unsold items. Unsold items should not be left out or placed in builder dumpsters.

Join us for a great night of laughs with professional comedians known all over Colorado and nationally. Each show features comedians and a headliner designed to keep the jokes flowing. You might recognize performers from specials and clubs; you never know who might be on the lineup!

This event is for 21+.

June 29 | 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm | Overlook Clubhouse Pool

Join us for our first Adult Pool Party night of the summer! We'll have karaoke and backyard games to play. Bring your own drinks. Must be 18 years or older to attend. Please RSVP so we know how many to expect.

July 5 | 6:00 pm

Join us for our biggest Stars and Stripes Celebration yet! The event starts with a bike parade at 6 pm then That Eighties Band starts at 7 pm, and we end the night with a fireworks show!
