Free Mental Health App
San Mateo County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services has collaborated with Help-at-Hand to offer a free subscription to the Wysa app for anyone who lives, works, or goes to school in San Mateo County. With this subscription, individuals will have access to the following resources: 
  • Message system 
  • Tools that build healthy conversations 
  • Mindfulness exercises 
  • Activity reports 
  • Self-care kit 
  • Journal 
  • Stories and tools to help you sleep and meditate

North Fair Oaks Bicycle and Pedestrian Project
San Mateo County is studying how to make walking and bicycling easier in North Fair Oaks, including the opportunity for a new pedestrian and bicycle crossing over or under the Caltrain railroad tracks. The project team is working to develop a community-informed Study that reflects the priorities of the community and would like to hear from you!

Now through Friday July 8thyou can provide feedback on the railroad crossing and walking and bicycling needs in three ways:

2.    Attend a pop-up event

Covid-19 Vaccine Clinics & Testing Locations for Kids and Adults
County Health encourages families to get children vaccinated as soon as possible through pediatric care providers, pharmacies, or at the clinics listed below. Vaccines prevent serious illness, save lives, and reduce the spread of COVID-19.
