MEET MICAH........

I discovered The Fit Lab after moving from Seattle to Gig Harbor a year ago now. I can honestly say itโ€™s brought so much light into my life. 


My husband and I bought a house in Gig Harbor, and Iโ€™ve always had knee issues, so finding the right workout is difficult, however Pilates has always been a low-impact option that I hadnโ€™t tried consistently yet. The Fit Lab allowed me to try different options of workouts, and provided the close-knit community I was also craving to connect with. 


Little did I know that I was shortly getting engaged after moving, and therefore needing a fitness routine I could consistently and diligently commit to to prep for the wedding! 


Every single class Iโ€™ve tried at Fit Lab has challenged my body in different ways, and I always leave craving more. I hop onto the MindBody app and book my next class immediately - itโ€™s the best! I canโ€™t express my gratitude enough to the community of the Fit Lab! They are the absolute best - thank you for everything!

Lianne's favorite class to teach at Fit Lab253 is Barre. This particular discipline takes her back to her days as a dancer, and she cherishes every moment of it.

Allow us to introduce you to the heart and soul behind our beloved Pilates fitness studio. Lianne, the dedicated owner of Fit Lab253, has been at the helm of our fitness haven for an impressive 23 years and continues to pour her passion into every aspect of our studio. Her journey has been filled with remarkable experiences, incredible clients, valuable life lessons, and profound moments of personal growth.


Over the years, she has seen Fit Lab253 become a second home for our cherished clients. Many of you have been by her side through major life milestones, from her wedding to the birth of her child, and now as she sends her daughter off to college. The relationships formed within the walls of Fit Lab253 are nothing short of priceless.


In a surprising twist, Lianne's love for serving her clients and community has led her to embark on a new adventure in the world of real estate. This year, she achieved her real estate license, marking an exciting new chapter in her professional journey with Paramount Real Estate. Notably, Lianne has already sold a home and is on the brink of listing another this month.

What's truly special about Lianne is her ability to combine her two passions seamlessly. She brings the same dedication, care, and love for her clients to her real estate endeavors as she does to her fitness studio.
