Beginning this April, the Mental Health Association in Tompkins County will be offering a program on Zoom called Breath-Body-Mind.
Breath-Body-Mind is an evidence-based practice that incorporates breath and movement from traditions across the world.
These practices have been shown to relieve stress and improve symptoms of numerous mental health conditions when practiced consistently.
By combining breathing exercises with simple, accessible movements that can be adjusted to meet your needs, Breath-Body-Mind works to support the nervous system and improve overall wellbeing.
