Core values are an important part of a brand identity—guiding the mission, shaping the culture, supporting the vision, and framing the messaging. Consumers, especially Millennials, Gen Zs, and a significant number of Baby Boomers are searching for products and services that reflect their values. Value-centric marketing now represents 63% of the marketplace and is growing in importance. This workshop will offer in-session exercises for you to identify and clarify the values that are unique to your business.

What You'll Learn:

1) What are core values and why they're important to a brand identity.

2) Identifying the unique core values of your brand.

3) Incorporating core values into marketing messages.

What to Expect:

This is a work session using in-session exercises. Each student will develop clarity on the core values of their business and create a list of actionable core values which can be the basis of a mission statement and marketing messaging.
