Our Mission Team to Uganda had a wonderful trip and has now officially returned. I can't say enough about the trip and how God provided. We were shocked to see how much progress had already been completed on the new baby home when we arrived. Our team continued the work by building a deck, planting flowers and trees, and painting the latrine. I have attached some photos below. In addition, we ministered to the local widows through prayer and giving supplies, administered a one day Vacation Bible School at Kidron Valley, and spent time holding and loving the babies currently at the baby home. In addition, thanks to all of you we were able to take suitcases full of supplies, clothes, shoes, computers, and more to the baby home. Also, due to successful fundraising, we were able to purchase bunk beds, mattresses, crib mattresses, office chairs, curtains, a wash basin, tricycles, a weighing scale, baby plates and cups, a table and 4 chairs, more shoes, and a new charcoal pot.
In addition, while in Uganda, I was able to meet with our adoption attorney with Ken and some children's files who should soon be ready for adoption matching.
