2021 Campaign Kickoff & Day of Caring was a heart-warming success. With guidance from our local Public Health Department, we were able to safely host an outdoor in-person kickoff at the Sheboygan County Fairgrounds and partner with local nonprofits to provide volunteer opportunities throughout the day across Sheboygan County. Our 2021/2022 Co-Chairs Mike and Pam Langan, Dave Bolland (UWSC Board President), myself, and the UWSC staff are very grateful for all the participants, their service, and the remarkable impact they make on our community. The uplifting nature of the event reflects a community united, needed now more than ever. Ending at 3 Sheeps was refreshing and all of this was possible because of our sponsors (see below). Our full hearts thank you!

We embark on our 2021/2022 Campaign with a realization that the Delta variant is continuing to make COVID-19 a threat to our community's health, impacting not only our personal and professional lives but those we collectively work to serve. I share gratitude with our community following Public Health's guidelines and applaud individuals who are vaccinated in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19 and new variants. Together, we can continue to strive for a community where all individuals and families can achieve their human potential through education, financial stability, and health.

Thank you for being a part of the United Way family! United We Rise.
