The TTIR Program was established to provide one-time reimbursement grants of up to $20,000 for the recovery of Texas businesses in the tourism, travel, and hospitality industries that were negatively impacted due to COVID-19. These one-time grants are to reimburse eligible costs to these qualifying businesses. Click on grey button to the right for more information.

Texas Travel Industry Recovery    (TTIR) Grant Program

The UTRGV Industrial Assessment Center is performing energy audits for Rio Grande Valley businesses! This free service is made available through a grant from the U.S. Department of Energy. Eligibility requirements apply and more information can be accessed through the grey button to the right.

This online module, available in English and Spanish, is self-paced and highly recommended before meeting with a business advisor and becoming a client of the center!

UTRGV Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC)
The UTRGV Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) provides technical services through training and one-to-one counseling to persons interested in obtaining contracts with local, state, and federal governmental entities.

The UTRGV PTAC also helps businesses obtain state and federal certifications and understand the contracting process.
