Dear NLC Attendees/Travelers . . . . and Advisers of FBLA Chapters (whether you are attending the NLC or not)
Good morning. This email is being sent to FBLA chapter advisers, FBLA members, parents, guests, chaperones, others (listed in PA FBLA’s Blue Panda NLC) regarding the National Leadership Conference in Orlando. Please check with everyone in your group to make sure they are receiving this email from Bruce Boncal, PA FBLA Executive Director.
Who is receiving this email?
- FBLA members traveling through PA FBLA and listed in PA FBLA's NLC Blue Panda.
- FBLA chapter advisers, parents, guests, chaperones, others traveling through PA FBLA and listed in PA FBLA's NLC Blue Panda.
- FBLA chapter advisers who may not be attending the NLC (for information purposes).
Action Needed ASAP
- Check with everyone in your FBLA chapter's group using PA FBLA's travel services (even if it is only lodging).

Send an email to Bruce Boncal, PA FBLA Executive Director, bboncal@pafbla.us, with the following information to add an individual to the mailing list:
- School/FBLA Chapter Name
- Individual's First and Last Name
- Individual's Email Address (that needs to be added)
- Individual's Role (student, parent, guest, chaperone, etc)
Here's the big concern regarding students that are using a school email address:
I notice that there are quite a few students who have their school email address listed. Students need to verify that they will have access to those email accounts at least through July 8, especially those Grade 12 students who will have graduated prior to the NLC. Whether email will be received at those accounts after graduation remains to be seen. I would strongly suggest that student "personal" email addresses be provided as an alternative to the school email address. Email that information to me ASAP, please. Warning: National FBLA will be sending information directly to competitors so students don't want to miss that information because they can't access email through their school email account.
With about a month to go to the National Leadership Conference in Orlando, it is now time that you will begin receiving regular email communication from Pennsylvania FBLA. It is essential that everyone in the group traveling to Orlando be checking daily for important NLC information that will come from either Bruce Boncal, PA FBLA Executive Director, OR Janet Skiles, PA FBLA Conference Coordinator, that is appropriate to the entire group OR regular information from the National FBLA Office.
Pennsylvania FBLA NLC Updates will be identified using this format in the subject line: NLC Update #xx (each update will be numbered consecutively)
National FBLA NLC Updates will likely be identified with the following information in the subject line: Know Before You Go (National FBLA emails are only sent to to those officially registered/paid for the conference)

WHAT'S NEXT
There will be a major Pennsylvania FBLA Update released on Thursday morning, May 30, at 7:00 am which will include URGENT information about the NLC and will require action to be taken. It is important that the mailing list be as up to date as possible prior to that release. Again, please share this email with everyone utilizing PA FBLA's travel services and follow the instructions listed above.
