August 25, 2023

URBA’s Board of Directors, wish to express their gratitude for the dedication and grit and determination of all firefighters and first responders across the Okanagan.

The massive support system of the Emergency Operations Centre staff & Emergency Support Services network of volunteers are to be commended. The many organizations that have stepped into action providing food, clothing, toiletries, pet supplies and numerous provisions, that people need just to live day to day…. We truly are a community that cares, gives and remains hopeful that recovery will happen as early as possible.
