As we welcome September, let us celebrate the strength and resilience of the babies and families we serve. Each new day brings a fresh opportunity to offer hope, healing, and support in their journey toward brighter futures. Together, we continue to build a community rooted in love and encouragement, reminding each family that they are never alone. We are so excited to share our Hushabye updates with you!

WE ARE GROWING

As of September 2024, we have served, loved, cuddled, and given a healthy start to over 830 babies. Thanks to the Del E. Webb Foundation, Hushabye Nursery is getting a much-needed makeover: a fresh coat of paint, new flooring, updated lighting, and more storage. The therapy rooms are being remodeled too, and new equipment is being added.

We can't wait to show you the improvements. Stay tuned next month to see the results of the hard-working construction crew.

AUGUST WORLD CHANGER: CATE

Our World Changer of the Month is Cate. Hushabye is honored to have had the privilege of Cate working for us as a Lead AmeriCorps Volunteer. Cate is always willing to help out and go the extra mile. She is constantly asking questions to further her medical knowledge. Cate has been working on many extra projects behind the scenes and she does so with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. She is detailed orientated and provides the absolute best care for babies. Cate has been an absolute asset to Hushabye Nursery.
