  • CONTRACTORS: Residents, please speak with contractors and remind them that they are not allowed to dump debris into any dumpsters in University Hills. They should be taking all debris with them off the jobsite and disposing of it outside of University Hills. 
  • DUMPSTERS: The dumpsters in Schubert Court are for residents only and not to be to used by anyone that does not live on Schubert Court.

Congratulations, Newly Elected Homeowners Representative Board Members!

The Homeowners Representative Board (HRB) would like to thank all residents who voted in the 2024 University Hills HRB Election. This year, 18% of the community cast votes. The new Board will include: Brad Conley, Randall Crane, Chrissy McCormick, Mack McCoy, Gerald Parham, Susan Pearlman and Hobart Taylor. Congratulations to all new and outgoing Board members.

UNIHILLS INCLUSIVE PRIDE ART PROJECT CONCEPT: This concept page shares some inspirations for a potential project location and design. This mock-up of a project concept is based on feedback from our working group and LGBTQ+ neighbors to help envision what is possible. Your feedback is very important! Once you have reviewed our inspirations and design concept below, please complete our  UniHills Pride Art Project Survey.



New StoryWalk Book


Explore University Hills' March StoryWalk® book, "Outside In" by Deborah Underwood. The UHills Entertainment Committee displays a new book the first weekend of every month. Your StoryWalk® adventure begins at the entrance to Vista Bonita Park, near Vista Bonita Dr.
