The UCF Business Incubation Program (UCFBIP) has established a partnership with the City of Eustis and Lake County to stand up a UCF Incubation Program as part of their strategic economic development plan. We are seeking a full-time Site Manager to lead the UCFBIP efforts in Eustis/Lake County to startup a virtual incubation program serving UCFBIP clients as well as providing entrepreneurial education and programming to the community.  


  • Experience starting up an incubator or accelerator program.
  • Experience starting or working in an early-stage company.
  • Experience managing a business incubation or accelerator program.
  • Experience coaching/mentoring early-stage companies.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
