Faithfully Fit Forever is an exercise program that resulted from a number of research studies that showed that simple,
relatively light exercises were very effective in extending quantity and quality of life for older people.
Every class exercises the body, mind and spirit. The body exercises include warm ups, stretching. strength using stretch
bands and weights and balancing skills. The mind part is health tips. The spirit part involves the social aspect and prayer.
The class meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:00-12:00 in room 205. All the equipment is supplied, there is no charge
and everyone is welcome.
