The Texas Public Purchasing Association ( TxPPA) is soliciting bids for a consultant to create a draft Unified Procurement Code that would address the needs of stakeholders in Texas. The resultant product could be used to suggest legislative changes in a future legislative session. Responses will be due at 4 pm, March 21st, 2014 , at the following location:
