Dear Staten Island Academy Families,
It is hard to believe that we are already halfway through our academic year and preparing for 2024-2025. On Thursday, January 25, our Board of Trustees met and approved the tuition and budget for the 2024-2025 academic year so that the Academy can strategically plan for the future and continue to build upon our reputation of excellence.
This budgeting process is essential to the work that we do as educators. The Academy is excited to embark on three significant projects this year including: the creation of an Innovation Lab, the renovation of both the Auditorium and the Library, while at the same time investing in our dedicated teachers with competitive salaries and professional development opportunities.
We take pride in the strength of our programs and continue to identify ways to grow and enhance our academics, arts and athletics, as well as sustain financial aid to ensure that children who qualify academically, have access to an Academy education.
As we approach the end of another wonderful academic year, our Board of Trustees and Employees express their sincere gratitude for your unwavering support. The loyalty of our Academy families, for over a century, continues to propel us forward and enables us to be one of the finest independent schools in New York State. Simply put, it could not happen without you!
In the coming weeks, please be on the look out for more information from the Business and the Admissions Offices when the Portal will open with your enrollment agreement for the 2024-2025 year.
