Tuition is a flat monthly rate due on the 25th of the month preceding the start of lessons. Payment is paid monthly in advance for all lessons. Late payments received after the 1st of the lesson month will be subject to a $10 charge. Auto bill pay or bank draft is preferred, credit is acceptable. A two week written notice by text or email is required when withdrawing from the Academy.

There are 46 lessons in a year. The Academy is closed the following weeks: Thanksgiving, Winter Break, Spring Break, two days of Presidents week, Summer Break (8 days) before and after the 4th of July.
