CEO of Wilton Technology Firm Will Discuss Cybersecurity

Join us this Thursday as we hear from Sam Disraelly, Amazon best selling author and founder and CEO of the local cybersecurity and managed technology firm, Your Tech Department LLC.

Sam will discuss the current state of data and identity security on the Internet, and provide tips and tricks for keeping yourself, your family, business and money safe in this new, dangerous reality where you can barely trust your own eyes and ears, and scammers lurk around almost every website and email.

How do you know who to trust online?

Sam will review password creation and management tips, understanding Multi-Factor Authentication, asking for help a safe way, and picking trusted providers.

Collectable Club Re-Forms with Meeting Tomorrow

After a hiatus of several years, the Y's Men Collectable Club resumes operation this week under the leadership of Jon Fox.

The first meeting will be tomorrow (Wednesday, February 21) at 9:00 am at the Westport Center for Senior Activities.

"Bring your collectable baseball or football cards, record albums, cassettes, or whatever you have," Jon says, "and let’s discuss why you have it, what it’s worth, and what you want to do with it. We’ll have fun and help you with ideas on how to sell them."

For additional information, contact Jon Fox at dorothyfox783@gmail.com

The Global Issues Discussion Group (GIDG) will meet Monday (February 26) at 9:00 am in Room 203 at the Church. Peter Chelico will serve as moderator of an open discussion on global issues. "This will be an ideal meeting to join us and find out what GIDG is all about," notes Peter.
