Big decisions always seem to get my creative juices flowing and after Monday's announcement was finally done - I had this vision of Girl Scout cookies....my favorites were Samoas (they were Carmel Delights back in the day ;0) and all of the sudden I just knew I had to make them. It wasn't really a choice. So I headed down to the kitchen where every eye in place looked at me in shock - uh aren't you 48 hours from your moving truck arriving? What are you DOING here?? Well, creativity must be satisfied so away I went. And here are are the results:

All that to say I KNOW I'm late with the very first special of our six week kitchen count down to Texas BUT now you can see that is was soooo justified! :0) (oh yeah and the recipe will be in that lovely bundle of recipes I hinted at on Monday teeheee) YUMMMMM!
Okay so on to the goodness of the week. As you know we are STARTING our move to Texas today (GULP) and we need all hands on deck to start sorting and organizing for all the fantabulous specials for the next 6 weeks. So here's what we're going to do:
