Get aboard the Trump Train!
Sample ballot for Moore County
The good news is, the NC Appeals Court ruled that Robert F. Kennedy's name had to be taken off the ballot at his request (a big win!). The Board of Elections was instructed not to send out ballots as originally planned on September 6, but to re-do the ballots. The NC Supreme Court just upheld that ruling.
While we wait for the new ballots to be printed, we do have a sample ballot with the Moore County GOP's recommendations, which clearly mark "Donald J. Trump" for President. Use this if you're voting early by mail, and send it to EVERYONE you know! Many people (even Republicans) have no idea who the conservatives are, especially among the judges and School Board candidates.

Club news: We are active in many ways!
MRW volunteers crush "My Faith Votes" goals
Last week after Think Tank, more than 40 MRW members and friends gathered in Moore Republican headquarters to write letters for the My Faith Votes project. We had a great time and completed 1,550 letters, all stamped and ready to be mailed in October.
The purpose of the project is to encourage registered Christian voters who do not usually vote to turn out for this critical election. The success rate of personal letters is extremely high, and we need every vote!
Want to help? Another such session is scheduled for September 12 (this week) at 1:00 at the HQ. We want to address 1,000 envelopes this time. Come and be part of this effort - and bring a book of stamps if you can!
On September 26, the men want to join in the fun, so a team from the Moore Republican Men's Club will join us on September 26.
Senator Tom McInnis, Representative Neal Jackson, the Moore Republican Men's Club and many MRW members and associates generously contributed to our US postage request.

Rest in Peace: Pat Liotta
It is with deep sadness that we note the passing of Patricia Liotta, long-time member of MRW, dedicated Republican, and remarkable woman. She passed away peacefully on September 4.
Here is her obituary in The Pilot. Our prayers are with her family and friends, for she will be sorely missed.

Speakers at September luncheon
|
Keynote speaker Dave Boliek
Dave said what he did as a Trustee at UNC Chapel Hill (going from $100 million shortfall to a surplus, getting rid of DEI) can be done for the State of North Carolina.
He promised he will audit every agency to reduce waste, fraud and abuse; and bring economy and efficiency to our state government. It will require courage and backbone to do what's right for the people, but he's gone against the woke culture before and won!
Boliek has been endorsed by President Trump.

Conservative candidates for Moore County Board of Education are up against some die-hard liberals. We need to elect these four if we want our School Board to remain conservative:
Robert Levy, Chairman of the school board, detailed some of the great wins the conservatives have effected, including getting rid of CRT, developing a Parents' Bill of Rights, reducing disciplinary problems, and more. He said we need to continue the push toward excellence and can only do that by following conservative principles.
David Hensley talked about how the Board eliminated intrusive surveys, reversed low school grades, got rid of senior administrators whose leadership was poor, and reduced unnecessary expenditures for facilities. He discussed roadblocks to progress and said more still needs to be done.
Don Zawlocki ("Coach Z"), has been a teacher for 42 years. He understands the school system, the teachers and students, and knows what works. He will focus on bringing more discipline and respect for hard work to Moore County schools by demanding excellence in the classroom.
Oscar Romine is running for the Board because he believes it needs to stay conservative. With expertise in construction and other private sector jobs, he will put particular focus on safety and physical security in the schools.
Strike Force to help Laurie Buckhout win
September 20-21: Strikeforce in District 1
We need help from patriots like you to door knock in NC's critical races, and we begin on 9/21 with a Strikeforce to win Laurie Buckhout's First District US Congressional race. Laurie is in a tight but very winnable race (against incumbent Don Davis) for a Democrat seat we believe we can flip.
NFRW and NCFRW are working together on the strikeforce on 9/21 in Rocky Mount. Campaign Chair, Leisa Rowe, and Kyshia Brassington, NFRW Campaigns, and our RNC Committeewoman, are coordinating the strikeforces in NC.
Hotel rooms are already paid for, and it promises to be a fun event. Bring a friend and join the Strikeforce. Contact Kyshia Brassington, kyshial@gmail.com.
