Quarter 4 Student Evaluations


Student grades for the 4th Quarter will be available Friday, June 3, by 5 PM in JupiterEd. You will be notified by email on when evaluations are ready to view.


2022-23 Consumable Books and Grade-Level Supply Lists

Summer Reading

Summer Reading selections are listed as the first item on the Consumable Book List for each grade. Students should complete their summer reading before the first day of school in August. The 2022 Summer Reading selections are:


  • 6th Grade - The Giver
  • 7th Grade - The Miracle Worker
  • 8th Grade - Watership Down
  • 9th Grade - Our Town
  • 10th Grade - Fahrenheit 451
  • 11th Grade - Frankenstein
  • 12th Grade - Senior Thesis Texts

Barnes and Noble Book Fair - June 4-12

Our June Barnes & Noble In-store Book Fair is June 4-June 12 at the Barnes and Noble on Litchfield Road. There is a section of the bookstore set up specifically with our consumable books and if you present the voucher below during checkout, a percentage of the sales will benefit our school! Additionally, you can order online through June 17 using Book Fair ID 12627816 to benefit our school. Additional book fairs are offered in late July and early December.

Uniforms and Dress Code

Swim and Dive Team

Interested in Swim or Dive for the fall of 22? Please reach out to Teri Roberts: troberts@azopt.net or Bo Faser: BFaser@triviumprep.org for more information. Take this summer as an opportunity to check out your city’s rec swim team or do a trial week of dive through the YMCA. No experience is needed for high school swim or dive, just come and join to be part of an amazing group of scholars. Follow us @triviumswimanddive for more information throughout the summer months! Go Knights!

Co-ed Basketball Camp for Incoming 5th-8th Grades


Coach Thomas, our 6th grade PE teacher and basketball coach invites you to attend a Coed Summer Basketball Camp! 


This camp will be focused on a positive experience in the fundamentals of basketball from beginner to intermediate skills. Boys and girls that will be in 5th-8th grades in the 22-23 school year are welcome to join!


The camp runs Tuesday-Friday, from June 14 - July 1, 2022 from 12:30-2:30PM in the Trivium Prep gym. You can register for partial weeks or for the entire camp (with a big discount for the full camp). You can pay in advance or pay by check or cash at the door.

Save the Date for the Great Hearts Gala!

Save the Date! The Great Hearts Gala is on September 24, 2022 at Chateau Luxe. Funds raised at the event support our outstanding faculty and the Teacher Excellence Fund. We are seeking auction items for the Great Hearts Gala. Sponsorships start at $7,500 and are available now, and tickets will go on sale on August 1st. Funds raised at the Gala directly support our teachers. If you are interested in sponsoring the 2022 Gala, or donating auction items, please contact Haley Kucharo, Great Hearts Development Officer, at hkucharo@greatheartsaz.org or 602-438-7045 ext. 490.

Volunteer Clearance for the 22-23 School Year

Volunteers who currently have Raptor clearance can begin registering now to continue volunteering next year. You should receive an email from Raptor as a reminder prompting you to reapply.


New volunteers for next year who do not have current Raptor clearance should wait until July 1 or after to apply for the 22-23 school year.

Our PSO Uniform Exchange will be held on on Saturday, July 30 from 10:30 AM-2:30 PM in the Archway MPR.

The Academy for Classical Teachers—And Parents Too!

The Academy for Classical Teachers is offering online enrichment courses this Summer, and Great Hearts families are invited to join us! Our faculty includes Great Hearts teachers and leaders, as well as colleagues from Arizona State University, Hillsdale College, Howard University, Templeton Honors College, and the University of Dallas. Learn about Children’s Literature, Tolkien, Aristotle, Machiavelli, Mathematics, Music, the Seven Liberal Arts, the teaching of history, and more! To register and learn more, visit:  www.greatheartsamerica.org/act.

Opt in for Important GH and Trivium Text Messages


Parents and Guardians can take advantage of Great Hearts Text Messaging Service. Our school utilizes the SchoolMessenger system to deliver text messages straight to your mobile phone with important information about events, school closings, safety alerts, and more. You can participate in this free service just by sending a text message of "Y" or "Yes" to our school's short code number, 67587. You can also opt out of these messages at any time by simply replying to one of our messages with "Stop."
