ILTF Webinar June 15

Topic: Negotiating with Non-Tribal Jurisdictions

Tribal governments are constantly working with other jurisdictions on matters related to land management, including rights-of-way, leasing and land acquisition. Indian Land Tenure Foundation (ILTF) will host a live webinar on "Negotiating with Non-Tribal Jurisdictions" on Wednesday, June 15 at noon Central time. This session will cover a variety of topics relevant to land managers, tribal leadership, and tribal attorneys.

Safe Streets and Roads for All

Applications due by September 15, 2022

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) announced on May 16 that the application process is now open for communities of all sizes to apply for $1 billion in Fiscal Year 2022 funding to help them ensure safe streets and roads for all and address the national roadway safety crisis. Read more...

FY2022-2026 Tribal Transportation Program Safety Fund Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) can be found at https://highways.dot.gov/federal-lands/programs-tribal/safety/funds.

Applications are due on or before Sept. 15, 2022.
