Great News!
The 2024 AATOD Conference is returning to the magnificent city of Las Vegas on May 18-22, 2024, at the Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort and Casino.
This year’s conference theme, Treating Opioid Use Disorders: So Much More Than Medication, allows us to educate, collaborate and discuss the devastating impact of opioid use if untreated. I invite you to save the date and join us as we continue to address the opioid epidemic. So much has changed, yet so much has remained the same following the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our intent is to connect and collaborate with prominent professionals within the field of opioid use disorder treatment and to advance the value of responding to the individual needs of our patients as they are admitted to treatment, providing comprehensive services as needed to help them on the road to recovery . Although strides have been taken to improve access to treatment via SAMHSA, this movement has also impacted opioid treatment programs. Some national policy approached have been positive while others have been challenging.
Please join us as we focus on this year’s conference theme and openly engage in strategies that will address widespread treatment services yet remain focused on the importance of individualized care for opioid use disorders.
The conference will be held at the luxurious Planet Hollywood Las Vegas Resort and Casino on the amazing Las Vegas strip, surrounded by many exciting venues, including the Raiders Stadium, the Sphere, fabulous restaurants, and entertainment.
