CLASSICAL MOVEMENTS:
Moving the Music, Changing the World
with Hand-Woven,  Women-Made  Ecotourism!
Since our founding in 1992, as a truly global company,  Classical Movements remains committed to supporting local economies, artists and environments all around the world.
No more plastic! Every passenger who toured with us last season received a hand-woven bag from independent craftswomen in Central Vietnam that held their important travel documents; this year, the colorful, elephant-block pouch they've been holding was assembled by hand in a small, South African business that's been entirely family-run since 1983—beautiful, unique and eco-friendly.
Congrats to ALL our clients who traveled to South Africa with CM this year...

10th Annual Ihlombe! South African Choral Festival
JUNE 30JULY 19, 2018
For 2018, our 10th annual Ihlombe! South African Choral Festival will honor the 100th anniversary of the birth of revolutionary, politician and philanthropist Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela. We hope you, too, will join us from June 30July 19 for what the Cape Times calls “the largest international choral gathering in South Africa.”
In South Africa alone, Classical Movements has given back more than $100,000 to a diversity of causes: choir loft restoration in Alexandra, benefit concerts for Johannesburg's orphans, workshops for Soweto's choirs, instrument donations
in the Eastern Cape, home construction in the Western Cape, home repair on Orange Farm, Black Rhino conservation.
