On March 23, I will be on a panel at the Commonwealth Club with three other women leaders in the arts to discuss how our organizations are transforming the arts. As an introvert, I generally stay away from public speaking, but I decided this was a good opportunity to talk about Northern California Women's Caucus (NCWCA). The preliminary questions the moderator sent range from the impact of Covid to success stories to growing women leaders. As I prepare for this talk on Thursday, I realize I have a lot to share about these topics. NCWCA, in its focus on art activism has been a welcoming community for me and with its recent growth trajectory there are a lot of success stories. I'm delighted many of our members will be attending or listening in. If you are interested in finding out more about contemporary feminism, I would welcome your attendance either in person or online...And wish me luck!
