Breath of Fire
with Randy Gates
We had another sold out Somatic Breathwork and Immersive Sound Bath with Live DJ Randy Gates! This immersive experience allowed participants to access an altered state of consciousness, facilitating deep healing and emotional release. The session integrated Tibetan singing bowls, reiki, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to enhance the journey. This was a powerful session! We were encouraged to let go, connect with their bodies, and experience the full benefits of this somatic practice.

Somatics and Psychedelics
with Rachel Flower of Soul Flower Somatics
This talk will explore the powerful intersection of somatics and psychedelics, shedding light on how these two practices can be harmoniously integrated to facilitate profound healing and transformation. By focusing on somatic awareness—the deep attunement to the body's internal sensations, movements, and emotional landscapes—participants will learn how psychedelic experiences can amplify this awareness, unlocking new pathways for emotional regulation, trauma healing, and overall well-being. The discussion will emphasize the unique potential of combining somatic practices with psychedelics, offering a holistic approach that honors the intricate connection between mind and body, ultimately paving the way for more embodied, authentic living.
Rachel Flower is a somatic practitioner, trauma-informed plant medicine facilitator, and somatic integration specialist. As the founder of Soul Flower Somatics, she offers a holistic approach to mental and emotional well-being that recognizes the interconnectedness of the mind body, and spirit. With decades of somatic training and experience and 10 years of apprenticeship and training with pioneers in the plant medicine world, Rachel also holds certification in Psychedelic Somatic Interactive Psychotherapy (Psychedelic Somatic Institute) Trauma-Informed Plant Medicine Facilitation, Somatic Plant Medicine Integration (Aya Healing Retreats) and Transformational Energy Healing (Essential Light Institute) along with years of breath work and sound healing training.
Through techniques such as mindfulness, body awareness, inner tracking, and movement exercises, somatic breath work, and sound healing, she helps individuals reconnect with the body and tap into their innate creativity, peak potential, and capacity for healing trauma.
