X-Cell Tool & Mold Acquired
November 2020 – Fairview, PA – X-Cell Tool & Mold, Inc. of Fairview, PA has been acquired by SyBridge Technologies of Southfield, MI. X-Cell is a leading manufacturer of close-tolerance and multi-cavity plastic injection molds primarily for the medical industry while also serving the consumer goods and electronics industries. The company was founded in 1996 and utilizes state of the art engineering and manufacturing capabilities to provide precise and effective customer tooling.

Polymer Conversions Acquired
August 2020 – Orchard Park, NY – Polymer Conversions Inc., of Orchard Park, NY has been acquired by Medbio LLC of Grand Rapids, MI.

Founded in 1979 by Jack and Joan Bertsch, Polymer Conversions, Inc. (“PCI”) is a full-service medical device contract manufacturer that specializes in complex thermoplastic injection molding, LSR molding, mold making, and value-added assembly. PCI operates 31 injection molding machines and employs about 115 people in two locations in the Buffalo, NY area.

Tool Technology Acquired
August 2020 – Inman, SC – Orchard Creek Capital has recently acquired custom injection molder, Tool Technology Corporation of Inman, SC. Tool Technology operates out of a 20,000 square foot facility, running 24/7, 5 days a week. The company’s core competencies include injection molding and metal machining for outdoor recreation and the consumer products end markets.
