NTPD Braved the Chill for Charity

NTPD took a leap into icy cold waters for the 2024 Polar Plunge, supporting an incredible cause. Our officers joined thousands across the state this month in an exhilarating event to benefit Special Olympics Michigan. This major fundraiser plays a crucial role in enabling over 22,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities to receive year-round training and services. Our frosty heroes raised $3,280 to support this cause.

The Polar Plunge not only raises vital funds but also awareness for these inspiring athletes. It's a testament to the community's spirit and dedication to creating a more inclusive world.

Here's to all the brave souls who plunged into the cold for a warm cause.
