As with the white pelicans, so do our human visitors, come flocking down from the north to escape the cold and warm themselves in Florida’s endless sunshine. Even the natives can be seen enjoying the outdoors more now that it has cooled off. The Sebastian River area comes alive in fall when festivities and fun are around every corner.
Start the month off at the Sebastian Clambake. You probably won’t see Elvis at this one, but you will see tons of generous businesses and volunteers dishing out the shellfish to raise money for local charities, which doesn't seem shellfish at all (couldn't resist).
Gather your good friends for a night out at a Beachside Bonfire or challenge yourself in a Triathlon. Whatever you decide to do or discover in The Sebastian River area this November, it will most likely be something outdoors and outstanding!
