Article III - Governance

Section 1: The BOD shall be the governing body of the Guild. The BOD shall be comprised of nine (9) to fifteen (15) members of whom at least five (5) members must be unrelated.

The Guild has grown by one third over the past 2+ years. The Board's workload has also increased in recent years as the Guild tackles a wider variety of activities. It is felt that a larger Board is appropriate.
