President's Message:
Commencement Activities
Dear Colleagues,

Commencement celebrations this Thursday and Friday will bring thousands of visitors and significant traffic to our Hill. If you do not plan to attend Commencement on Thursday, I encourage you to conclude your workday early and depart campus by 3:30pm. Additionally, I ask that all supervisors implement flexible working arrangements to the extent possible on Friday, allowing offices to remain open and supported by minimal staff on campus, with the majority of staff working remotely. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us to ease campus congestion.

#WKUGrad: Robinson adds business degree to flight plan
When Hunter Robinson, a Business Management major, graduated from Union County High School in 2020, many unknowns existed. Now, four years later, Robinson’s strategic plan to advance his knowledge in college, while also building his business outside the classroom, has led to a college experience full of certainties. Robinson came to WKU with years of experience in photography, filmmaking, and flying aircraft. With this experience and an existing business, Robinson wanted to build upon it.
#WKUGrad: Communication Disorders major ready to serve
Graduating senior Savannah Stevens chose WKU because of the rich tradition, community, and opportunity it offers students - opportunities that she made the most of during her time on the Hill. Stevens, a Communication Disorders student from Lexington, explains, “I truly got to see first-hand all the wonderful things this school has to offer students when it came to academics and preparation for life after college.” The Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders prepares students to assess, diagnose, treat, and serve children and adults who present a range of communication challenges, disorders, differences, or delays.
