Hello former esteemed Lap-dancers,

Our 16th Annual SHOWGIRLS Screening is coming up!!! Oh. My. God. I can't even believe that it's the 16th Annual summer screening. We are adding some new bells and whistles this year! After years of sold-out Showgirls events, I have to say it's probably the moment I look forward to most every year. I love our Showgirls event and it's the best audience response to a film we ever get- a real rock concert experience. You haven't lived until you've burst naked out of a volcano.

But of course the MOST beloved tradition of all is our annual offering of FREE Lap-Dances With Every Large Popcorn! And this is where you come in! You're on this list because I think you're more than qualified and would love to have you come and dance on the laps of popcorn eaters on Saturday, August 24th at the historic Castro Theatre. If you'd like to re-live some of the fun of a past Showgirls event, you can check it out RIGHT HERE.

To be a lap-dancer, you simply need to come up with your stage-name and look and show up at the venue ready to lap-dance. You will receive FREE admission to the event. We are recruiting an army of 100 lap-dancers. You will be announced individually and will sashay your way across the stage before being unleashed en masse into the audience. The lap-dancing itself is fairly open to interpretations and ANYONE can participate. The stranger the better. When you arrive at the theatre, you'll check in and receive a number and be given further instructions.

2. YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS
3. YOUR PHONE NUMBER (just in case)
