Community Housing Case Manager (1 FT) Kansas City, MO
Position Objective—Responsible for program development and strengths based case management for permanent housing participants in Clay, Platte, Ray and Lafayette counties in Missouri and overall agency and community networking. Function as a liaison between landlords/owners and participants and coordinate housing services. Family Development Specialist (1 FT, 1 PT) Kansas City, MO
Position Objective—The position seeks to assist families through comprehensive case management and parenting education. Services focus on aiding parents in the healthy development of their children through education, developmental assessments of children, goal setting and attainment, as well as assistance meeting their immediate needs.
