Q: What is a Tipsy Artist Party?
A: A social, fun and relaxing event for beginner artists to explore their creativity in a therapeutic way! A private party can be brought to your home or dream location or it can be hosted in The Gallery Grazioso, Granny Had One Banquet Hall or Partner Venue. Every participant leaves with a Masterpiece and a Great Memory!
Q: Who can host a Tipsy Artist Party?
A: Any group of friends with a place to sit at a table!
Q: What's required of a Tipsy Artist Host?
A: Not a whole lot! Your best task will be inviting guests and securing the location and table and chairs along with your beverages or food of choice.
Q: How does the Tipsy Artist make a private party happen?
A: The Tipsy Artist sends out several options of venues and prices with an email. You pick the option and secure the reservation with a contract and deposit which can be easily paid online. You then pick the painting of your choice which can be one of Tiffany's existing paintings or a custom painting of your choice. The Tipsy Artist will bring all of the art supplies including large drop cloths and tarps. She will arrive at least 1.5 hours early to prepare each painting station with a provided easel, apron, canvas, set of brushes, rag, and water bucket.
Q: How long does a Tipsy Artist Private party last?
A: About 3 hours. There is at least one break during the party to allow for drying time and or refreshment breaks.
Q: When is The Tipsy Artist available for a private party?
A: We are flexible with options during the day and evening outside of our regularly scheduled events. Just email Tiffany with some dates and inquiry about party options to get the conversation started. Tiffany@TheTipsyArtist.com
Q: How should I set up for a Tipsy Artist Party?
A: Each artist will need a chair and table space that will accommodate an easel, paper plate palette/mixing plate, brushes in small water bucket and beverage off to the side. A 6 foot table will usually accommodate 6 people. The Tipsy Artist brings her own artist table with standing easels for display and working space. A nearby sink will also be needed for the water buckets. We also recommend setting up a food and beverage table that is separate from the painting area.
Q: What information should I send to the Tipsy Artist when trying to plan my private party?
A: The Tipsy Artist website has a Private party form with all of the necessary information located on the website under "Private Parties" or "Contact" page. The following information includes: estimated number of guests, your desired party location, party theme, painting selection or custom painting ideas, preferred party dates with multiple options, preferred party time, and any other special requests.
Q: Where can I find the painting selections for The Tipsy Artist?
A: The painting selections are located on every top section of website under the title "Artwork"
Q: Does the Tipsy Artist offer private lessons?
A: Yes! Her rates are located on her website as a sub-heading on the tab "Private Lessons" located on the "Private Party" tab on the menu.
Q: How can I schedule a Girlfriend Getaway weekend?
A: The Tipsy Artist has shows available in The Gallery Grazioso located just across the street from The Guthrie Retreat. And just below the historic Victorian loft "Suite Bettie Jean" There are 4 suites to choose from and they can all be booked at once or separately to accommodate your vacation desires depending on availability. Please call 405-282-6467 to book a suite.
Q: Can I get a discount on the Guthrie Retreat Rates?
A: YES! You recieve a 10% discount when you mention Tipsy Artist!
Q: What are the prices of the suites?
A: The prices start at just $125 per suite which includes a Continental Breakfast located in the kitchen for your convenience.
