Essential Information for Your Upcoming Visit to the Theater

Our records indicate that you will be visiting our venue soon, so we wanted to pass along some helpful tips to plan your trip.

If you have any questions, please contact the Cincinnati Landmark Productions box office staff between 11am and 5pm Monday through Friday, and three hours before show time on performance nights.

The Basics

Performance times are:

Wednesdays and Thursdays @ 7:30pm

Fridays and Saturdays @ 8pm

Sundays @ 2pm

The lobby and box office will be open 3 hours before each performance, and the auditorium will be open for seating 30 minutes before show time.

Parking

We highly recommend the TOP level of the public parking garage - only accessed behind the theater, from Mt Hope Avenue. Fee: $5 for the night. Only the TOP level of the garage has direct lobby-level entrance access (no stairs). 62 spots.

In the event the top deck is full, guests can also park in the lower level of the public parking garage - accessed from Matson Place. Fee: $5 for the night. A flight of stairs by the ATM will lead guests to the lobby entrance, or they can walk to the West 8th Street side of the building for ramp access from the sidewalk. 34 spots.

Some evenings, there is also free street parking on the block surrounding the theater.

Parking Machine Tips

Machines accept exact cash or credit cards.

To use a credit card at our self serve parking garage entrance, insert card (as shown) fully, to the back of the slot. Wait 2 seconds. Remove card. Machine screen will show “Authorizing” if card was entered successfully. The gate should lift within 15-20 seconds. No receipt or ticket is given. Gate will lift automatically upon exiting.

Concessions

A variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and assorted pre-packaged snacks are available for purchase at the Incline Theater bar before the event and during intermission.
