News from the Township of Lake of Bays

Community Planning Permit By-Law
In the last Newsflash, we let you know that The Township of Lake of Bays passed the Township-Wide, Community Planning Permit By-Law (2021-111). Two appeals have been submitted to the Ontario Land Tribunal. The Township will continue to use the Development Permit By-Law and Comprehensive Zoning By-Law until the appeals are heard or resolved.
