Harbor Happenings
March Edition
  Greetings!
Protect Your Pet This Spring
Heartworms and Walks
We can only hope spring is on the horizon! With the warmer temperatures comes these pesky mosquitoes and with them the threat of heartworms for your animals. Before the temperatures and spring rains make every puddle a breeding ground, call your veterinarian to get an appointment for their spring checkups, heart worm test, and preventative medication. For more information on heartworm dangers, treatments, and symptoms, check out the Heartworm Society

Spring is also the perfect time to get out and walk with your dog. The Bellwether staff took a field trip on Thursday to walk shelter dogs at Branstrom Park in Fremont. It was a beautiful day on the trails. We all came back happier, but tired from all the fresh air.
