SPECIAL EDITION:

Tikvat Rachel Post-Abortion Healing Event

To my subscribers:

One of the commitments we make in the Jewish pro-life movement is to educate people on authentic Jewish values, which are pro-life and do not condone legal abortion. Abortion has killed, and continues to kill, countless unborn children for any reason, up to birth. Abortion is a national and international tragedy, and a violation of the Jewish faith.

In addition to helping pregnant moms choose life and keep their babies, we are called upon to help Jewish women who regret previous abortion decisions they made, and are left with post-abortion regret. They are often pressured into abortion decisions they did not want, and regret their decisions later, sometimes for years.

Post-abortion syndrome (PAS) is very real, and women suffer for decades with unresolved trauma, missing the child they would have had. These women need help, guidance and healing from G-d.

While there are many programs for Christian women who regret their abortions, there was never a specific program created for Jewish women suffering with emotional and psychological distress after abortion.

Tikvat Rachel offers a healing pathway for Jews who seek a confidential‭, ‬safe‭, ‬accepting‭, ‬and Jewish program to address the deeply personal issues that arise after abortion‭. ‬ The program is based on the Jewish concept of Teshuvah and its promise of healing‭, ‬repentance‭, ‬and redemption in Judaism‭. ‬For the post abortive Jew‭, ‬Teshuvah provides a way back from interpersonal isolation and a life of self imposed exile to a welcoming Jewish community and a life centered in G-d‭'‬s love and glory‭.

Until today‭, ‬our community members who have wanted help with this issue have had two options‭: ‬1‭) ‬to participate in welcoming Christian programs that don’t meet our unique spiritual needs‭, ‬or 2‭) ‬suffer without healing and support‭. ‬Jews who have unresolved issues after abortion now have a place to process their experience in a wholly Jewish environment‭.

There is an upcoming Tikvat Rachel event taking place on on Sunday, April 16th from 1 - 5 pm ET. The event will be in a private Zoom room. The Tikvat Rachel program will be fully explored in an intensive and immersive experience. Participants will share their stories in a welcoming, warm, supportive and caring environment.

If you are Jewish and had an abortion you regret, even if it was years ago, I encourage you to attend this event. The program is outstanding. If you know of someone who is Jewish, post-abortive, and can benefit from this program, please contact Barbara at: BarbaraBeth54@protonmail.com.

Hashem heals.

Thank you, and G-d bless.

Tikvat Rachel Testimonials

“The workshop I just attended will be only the first for me. I plan on attending all upcoming workshops. These last 6 years I have been becoming more religious and connected to HaShem. When this workshop came up I knew that it was time for me to unlock the door of my Abortion that I had buried deep. When I had my Abortion 40 years ago I cried hysterically as the anesthesia put me under. And I woke up crying hysterically. My soul knew it was wrong and I did it anyway for whatever misguided reasons I gave for going through with it. And now, on a more righteous, peaceful and healthier path that I am currently on, I knew I had to attend this workshop. If I wanted to move forward on my path I had to unlock the door of this 40 year old event and face what I had done, mourn and repent. This workshop helped me to do so. Now my baby has a name, because he was a baby to-be. My beautiful baby is in heaven. Thank you ladies, Barbara, Cecily, and the other ladies who attended like Liz.”

"I loved revisiting the program, in fact I got more out of it this time I felt than before.  I would love to participate in another and most definitely be a support to another woman who shares our experience. This is true healing Barbara!"

When I joined their zoom for the healing program, I felt forgiven and transformed in a 360 degrees turn. I realized that I am not the only one who had an abortion and regretted it ever since.

I managed to have a beautiful daughter six years later after the abortion. She’s now 12.

I also had a son who was born with Canavan Disease and only lived for 18 months on Earth.

These life experiences as a mother taught me that once I regretted about the abortion at 22, God told me that ”I will be forgiven, I love you, and you will be a mother again.”

By joining in the healing program with Tikvat Rachel, I learned more about myself as a person and a mother.

Unique Healing Opportunity

for Post-Abortive Jewish Women

There are an estimated 17,622 Jewish abortions in the United States every year. Jewish women and men who are hurt often remain silent and grieve alone, unaware that there is a program specifically designed for healing after abortion.

We will be holding our next Special Event for Jewish post-abortive women to explore the concept of teshuvah,

which in Judaism means repentance, forgiveness

and a return to G-d.

The event will be held in a private Zoom room

on Sunday, April 16th from 1 pm to 5 pm ET.

Participants will have the opportunity for chat and a discussion will follow the event.

The meeting is FREE, private and confidential.

Contact Barbara at 347-566-7898.

Or e-mail Barbara at BarbaraBeth54@protonmail.com for more information and instructions for signing in to the event.
