Calling all Career Professionals!


Do you like your job? Did you have an interesting career journey? Do you like talking to kids? We need YOU to join us on Friday morning, April 26th for Blaine’s first biennial Career Fair for our future-driven 7th and 8th graders.


WHAT: Gathering of Career Professionals sharing their career pathway and answering student questions during two 45-min rotations. Morning beverages and treats provided courtesy of the PTA!


WHO: Community members and friends willing to talk to middle school students about their career pathway (training, favorite parts, challenge, barriers)


WHEN: Friday, April 26th – set-up open from 9:00; 8th graders arrive at 9:30!


WHAT TO BRING: Any cool props that demonstrate parts of your job - and a joy of adolescent energy!

We've had a dry week overall! Ms. Beatie's rain gauges measured about 1/4 of an inch of rain in their first week.

Spring Break Camps!

AT Seattle Training is offering 2 spring break camps!


Spring Break Sports and Play Camp

Grades: K-5th

Location: Queen Anne Community Center (outdoor / indoor camp) 

Time: 9-1pm


Description: This camp will be all things sports and play! It will range from games / activities, of kick ball, soccer, basketball, tag games to crafts and free play. We have an exceptional line up of coaches running this camp and we are very excited to do another sports and play camp!
