Message From Dr. Thompson

Thank you for all the donations your children have been bringing in for the "Super Kids -Super Sharing" campaign. We have recently completed an activity where students have identified how they can contribute to Plymouth Creek and one of the answers seen on multiple charts is "sharing with others, donating, and volunteering." This speaks volumes to the influence your behavior has on your children. Thank you for all your volunteering, giving and donating that sets an example and contributes greatly to making Plymouth Creek a great school.

District Climate Survey Coming January 16-30

Partnering with our community is key to the success of Wayzata Public Schools and our students. It's the best way to effectively inspire our students and prepare them to be lifelong learners.

That's why we need you to take our District and School Climate Survey, which is open January 16 - 30.

The survey asks for feedback on student and academic support, safety and behavior, school leadership, family involvement, and more. The results will help us better understand our community and its needs, determine our strengths, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Parents, staff members, and students in grades 9-12 should check their email accounts for an invitation and survey link. Parents can also take the survey at http://tiny.cc/wpsdistrictsurvey, or pick up a paper survey at Wayzata Public School's Education Services Center, located at 12925 16th Ave. N. in Plymouth. All survey responses are strictly confidential.

For more information about the survey, contact Stacey Lackner at Stacey.Lackner@wayzataschools.org.
